When the London Bike Hire scheme was launched in July 2010, we decided to see what eveyone thought about it – to get the word on the street. The launch was bound to provoke great reaction from Londoners, both critical and praiseful, sceptical and embracing. So we felt it a good opportunity to produce one of our reports, to present just some of the many ways we can show you what people really think about a brand, or an event such as this.
