Last week saw another important upgrade of Brandwatch. The main addition is a brand new Graph component, with which users can easily generate graphs of various metrics. Here is a quick example of how it works. »
We have made several important changes to Brandwatch since our last Product Update last month. Here is a short overview of the benefits: »
We have just added a new component to our dashboards. The Summary component is a great way to get a quick overview of the buzz surrounding any Query. »
With this week’s product update, we have made it possible for Users to delete tags, and we extended the Site Analysis component to show the sentiment breakdown. »
We have turned the Mentions component into a much more powerful tool to monitor and analyse the mentions of your Queries. Users can now star mentions, tag them, and categorise them by Priority and Status. »
The Recurring Phrases components now lets Users graph the volume and sentiment of a Phrase over time, which is very useful to analyse trends, find important events, etc. »
Thanks to this week’s product update, when you edit a Query, Brandwatch will automatically re-analyse its mentions for Recurring Phrases, offering quicker and better insights.
Thanks to several improvements users can find interesting insights much more quickly. »
The Recurring Phrase component has been improved significantly. Users can now create, edit and delete Phrases. They can also create new Phrases directly from the Search within mention feature of the Mentions component. »
Product Update: 19 July 2010
July 20th, 2010. Posted by Fabrice RetkowskyHere is a quick summary of changes we’ve made to Brandwatch over the last 3 weeks.
First, we’ve improved the new Chart component by making it possible to plot weeks and months, rather than just days. We’ve also added a new option to chart categories (that is: mention Assignment, Priority and Status), so one can easily graph who has been assigned most mentions over the last few weeks, or how many mentions are left to act on for a group of queries, etc. In a few week’s time we will let users create their own categories (such as Business Area, Mention Type, and so on), to tag mentions, sort them and filter them, and create more beautiful charts and visualisations. »
