Using our recently-launched, cutting-edge Dashboard, customers can create their own reports online. The Dashboard offers a choice of information components, which can be assembled into Workspaces (reports).
The current list of components include a summary component (for a quick overview of a query), full mentions listing with engagement options, recurring phrases listings, and historical graphing of queries and phrases. New components are regularly added.
Users can create and save an unlimited number of Workspaces. They can also download the data of each component in Excel or CSV format.
The Dashboard uses the latest Web technologies, and does not require any software to be installed except for a modern browser.
An Application Programming Interface (API) is also available if you need to integrate Brandwatch data into your own system.
Both the Dashboard and the API function by making queries to our data-centre, where we store all our data using a large distributed, redundant collection of servers. This guarantees availability and performance.
