SXSW 2013: The British Invasion [Video] Marketing

So, there is this little tech meetup that happens every March in Austin, Texas. It’s known as “South by Southwest”, or SXSW. The really cool dudes call it “South by”. Have you heard of it?

Well, over the past few years, different Brandwatchers have hopped over the pond to check it out and, on their return to HQ, kept wittering on about how great it was.

Now that we’re well in 2013, our US fleet have made quite a name for Brandwatch over in the States (via our New York and recently opened Chicago offices). With this in mind, we thought it only right that we hit SXSW with appropriate gusto.

With a total of nine of the US/UK Brandwatch clan in tow, we teamed up with Econsultancy and Engage Sciences to invade SXSW 2013.

Celebrating the fact that, though they are also making waves in the US, both these companies are of British origin just like Brandwatch, we took to the town with distinctly British aplomb.
