Community Manager is an increasingly common job title with the ever-growing prominence of social media, but what does it actually mean? What does a Community Manager do?

We stopped by the Community Manager Meet Up at the Driskill Hotel during SXSW 2013 to chat to a whole gang of CMs about their views on what they do and what being a Community Manager means to them.

Whilst every CM has a slightly different role, the themes of being the voice of the brand and also being ‘there’ for people were particularly common.
