The new homepage offers a gateway into Analytics that’s easy to navigate and puts the most important information front and center.
It’s also personalized, so that you get a high level overview of your own projects as soon as you connect. You can drill down at any point along the way.
With the new My Feed section of the homepage, you can keep up with changes in your data, automatically.
Our AI technology, Iris, detects and delivers the most important trends from the active queries in your project. Iris does the heavy lifting of sifting through massive volumes of data and surfacing the key insights that you may not be able to access otherwise.
You’ll see shifts in volume and sentiment, trending tweets, stories, hashtags, countries, and spikes in mentions of a particular Twitter handle. And you don’t just see the headline – you can click through to see the data behind the insight.
You can also drill down deeper to automatically create a dashboard based on this query or set up an email alert.
