Brandwatch and Clarabridge Join Forces to Offer an Integrated CEM Solution

We are excited to announce a strategic partnership with Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions.

Clarabridge has integrated Brandwatch into its Clarabridge Social Platform, meaning seamless access to social data and providing clients with a single hub to listen, understand and act on customer feedback.
