Conversation About The March for Our Lives On Social Media

The March for Our Lives is a planned demonstration for an end gun violence and mass shootings in schools, scheduled to take place tomorrow (March 24, 2018), in Washington, D.C., with simultaneous marches planned across the country.

Since the march was planned on February 17th, conversation on social media has been high, around or over 50k posts per day.

Much of the conversation also includes mentions of Parkland survivors who have been active in advocating for gun regulation.

In addition to #MarchForOurLives, the hashtag #NeverAgain is prominent in the discussion. Conversation volume per capita is highest in Washington D.C., followed by Oregon, Florida, and New York.
