3 Awesome Ways to Use Audience Uploads
By Mercedes Lois BullNov 18
It’s just a few days until re:publica, one of the largest blogger events in the DACH region that expects to see 5,000 attendees descend on Berlin for three days of talks about business, tehcnology, media and more.
Given that we have a strong German presence – including an office in Berlin, where the event is being held (as well as an office in Stuttgart!) – we are of course attending the event. Look out for some of our lovely team if you’re going to be there (tweet us @brandwatchDE if you’d like to arrange a chat!).
We also happen to love a dataviz (check out some of our past ones if you haven’t already) and since re:publica not only takes place in the ‘real world’, but also on the social web, what better than to create one especially for the event!
Our re:publica dataviz, created in partnership with Goldbach Interactive, tracks social buzz before, during and after the event, showing real time insight into the topics, trends and tweeters being talked about.
It means attendees and non-attendees alike can use the leaderboard to stay on top of:
It also shows the total mentions by hour, highlights the top tweet and summarises the 3 main takeaways of each day (which are manually analysed by Goldbach Interactive).
Plus, our handy list of all 250 speakers at the events lets you find and follow speakers on Twitter.
The re:publica is a key event for digital issues and this year’s motto is IN/SIDE/OUT. Our data visualization means the audience is always well-informed about who and what is being discussed around #RP13 on the social web. Plus, it can be used on laptops, tablets and smartphones, so you never have to miss out.
We hope all the re:publica attendees enjoy the event and hope to speak to some of you there! If you’d like to make an appointment with us, just tweet @brandwatchDE and let our team know.
