Listen and Engage with the New Brandwatch/HootSuite Integration Product

Today we’re announcing a new integration with the world’s most popular social relationship platform, HootSuite, which lets you get even more out of your social media monitoring.

HootSuite is a great platform for managing your social networks, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+, with plenty of engagement and collaboration features. If you’ve never used it, we urge you to check it out.

We’ve created an integration available to all joint customers that makes your Brandwatch data available within the HootSuite platform as a separate stream, so that you can not only listen to, but also manage and engage with, social conversation, all within one user interface.

What’s more, you can use Brandwatch filters such as sentiment, page type, tags and all of our workflow features within HootSuite, with any changes you make also applying to your data within Brandwatch instantly and automatically.

Why’s it useful?


You have probably heard enough times that social media is a ‘two way conversation’, ‘isn’t just for broadcast’ and the like. Well, those phrases, whilst somewhat cliched, do hold some wisdom.
