Social listening is a valuable way to understand the conversations about your brand happening right now across the social web.
In November we focused on building features that allow to you understand social intelligence faster and go further to get more high quality social intelligence from Brandwatch.
Our new use-case Dashboards, which we launched over the summer, have been a huge hit.
Over 1000 of you have set one up so far to get fast insights instantly.
We made the Influencers, PR and Reputation use-case Dashboards even more useful with built-in annotations guiding you through each Tab.
These annotations help you understand what each Component is showing and how you can use it to inform data-driven decisions straight away.
Insights Central is the place to explore free research Projects and ExpertBuilt content created by our in-house analysts, so you can learn new and advanced ways to get insight from Brandwatch Analytics.
In November we added Sector Report Projects to Insights Central, showing the Dashboards and data behind our industry-leading sector analysis, so you learn how our experts put these reports together and create your own.
These Sector Report Projects, which currently cover Luxury Fashion, TV Networks, and Quick Serve Restaurants, look at social data patterns and insights within specific industries.
Did you know there are more than 70 million internet users in Indonesia alone?
South East Asia is a huge online market and understanding what these potential customers are talking about has a large potential value.
We recently added several new languages, bringing the total languages we support to 44.
We’re constantly making improvements to these, and in November we focused on Tagalog, Indonesian and Malay. We improved Topic extraction for these languages, so you’ll see insightful and accurate topic clouds in your Brandwatch Dashboards.
Vizia allows you to visualize the real time insights within your social data at a glance.
But going deeper to understand the context of your social data is critical if you plan to make decisions based on those insights.
So, we’re making it quicker and easier to see how changes in your social data correlate with what’s going on in the wider world with Vizia Apps.
The new Vizia Weather App displays local weather alongside other Vizia Scenes, so you can understand the impact weather has on social activity and react accordingly.
The new Google Analytics App shows you volumes of web traffic to your site over time, allowing you to understand how your social activity is driving real potential customers.
