Bringing Owned Facebook and Instagram Data to Brandwatch’s Vizia Platform

We haven’t posted a product update on the blog for a couple of weeks because the team has been busy working away on some very exciting projects that we will be announcing details of very soon. However, we have still been releasing updates to Brandwatch every week and these have largely consisted of enhancements that will help speed up certain aspects of the application.
This week we do have a couple of additions that we’d like to mention very briefly.
First is a usability enhancement which will increase the rate at which users can work through data (tagging, sentiment classifying, checking and so on). In the single-mention display box (shown below), which pops up whenever you click on an individual mention, we have added keyboard shortcuts which enable certain frequently used actions to be completed much more quickly:

Another added feature is the ability to include or exclude certain Site Groups when doing a bulk ‘Data Download’ from Brandwatch to an Excel file:
