Bringing Owned Facebook and Instagram Data to Brandwatch’s Vizia Platform

Firstly, we have released a couple of optimisations that will speed up load times of certain components and also shorten the time it takes to finish creating your query.
There are also a couple of enhancements to the interface, the main one being that you will now see the name of the query you are working with under the name of the workspace (when the workspace name is not the same as the query – see below). Whilst this is a small addition it should help keep clear which queries you’re working with when running multiple workspaces:
Improvements to Twitter Location Filtering:
The final update this week is regarding the improvements we have made to the how we determine location for Twitter mentions. The end result of this is that, going forwards, location specific queries (for example where the query includes “location:uk”), will return a higher number of Twitter mentions.
Please note: this change will only affect you if you have been running location specific queries (for example where the query includes “location:uk”).
