Launching The Brandwatch Wormery Dataviz

We are pleased to launch our first Brandwatch wormery, which displays tweets about Brandwatch.

The Wormery was built by Brandwatch Labs, Brandwatch’s very own team of designers and developers who create stunning visualisations to show off different ways of presenting Brandwatch’s social media data.

How does the Wormery work?

The Wormery essentially acts as a visualisation of one of Brandwatch’s features – the “Top Tweeters” component.

Each worm represents one Twitter user and the number displays how often they’ve tweeted about Brandwatch (we started collecting the data in December 2011).

The “Top” tweeter is simply the user who has tweeted the most about Brandwatch, and “New” signifies the tweeter who posted about Brandwatch most recently.
