WOMMA, or the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association, agrees with this sentiment and presents awards to the best word-of-mouth marketers around the world.
As a demonstration of how messages can spread across the globe, the company have made a traveling WOMMY, a golden W that makes its way around the earth as different marketing companies pass the ornament to other likeminded souls.
