As we continue our fast expansion, we are hiring onto our Enterprise Sales team. The Sector Sales Manager is responsible for selling into Fortune 1000 companies and each sales person is focused on vertical(s)/sector(s) to develop an understanding of how social works best for their clients.

Introduction to the role:

A Sector Sales Manager will lead the company’s sector specific strategy. This role reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales. As the lead on the company’s sector strategy you will be expected to become the sector subject expert, lead internal discussions and intra-office knowledge sharing, assist marketing in helping set sector marketing priorities, engage and utilize data team to drive appropriate data heavy content and liaise with product team on roadmap.

As the leader of a sales sector team you will responsible for helping to build and lead the sector team at scale. This is an extremely strategic role within the company operating at a high level of executive visibility. As Sector Sales Manager you will be responsible for meeting all individual and team MRR and OO revenue goals. This will require sharp focus on building and managing a pipeline that includes SMB to Enterprise opportunities.

As we continue to rapidly expand our US team, we are hiring a Junior Account Manager (which we call Client Services Executives) to join our Agency team here in our NY office.

The Role

As an Agency Client Services Executive (A.CSE) you will manage a base of Agency & Indirect customers, primarily Independents, helping ensure their continued success, and retaining and increasing revenue.

You’ll collaborate closely with relevant Group Managers, to address significant opportunities or risks within Group or Key Agencies.

As well as developing revenue ‘from’ your Group & Key Agencies, you will also be measured and recognised for generating ‘referred’ brand-direct business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Sales Manager – New York, NY

Brandwatch is seeking a highly motivated leader and team player as a Partner Sales Manager to manage these key partnerships.  This individual will be primarily responsible for sourcing and/or supporting opportunities that involve Brandwatch solution partners.  This will be a quota-bearing role based on revenue closed from partner-sourced opportunities, and this individual will report into the VP, Channels & Partnerships.

This will be a unique and exciting role in that will mix business acumen, technical application, strategy, all facets of marketing, internal/external collaboration and executive exposure.  This individual will become very knowledgeable of the broader digital marketing ecosystem, how all the pieces fit together, and how Brandwatch can leverage the ecosystem as a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Brandwatch across partner organizations and source opportunities for Brandwatch Enterprise and Agency sales teams.

  • Meet and/or exceed a quota based on revenue closed from partner-sourced deals.

  • Manage relevant opportunities with partner involvement during the entire sales lifecycle and as an aggregate pipeline.

  • Construct and execute business plans with Brandwatch solution partners informed by Brandwatch’s strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as the single-point-of-contact for partners (both internally and externally).

  • Own joint solution offerings from ideation to joint value proposition to integration implementation to go-to-market plans.

  • Help partners build offerings based on the Brandwatch API

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization (sales, account management, professional services, marketing, legal/finance…) – both at Brandwatch and with partners – to successfully support partner relationships, sales opportunities and go-to-market plans.

  • Work with team members of all levels, including executives and the C-suite, to exert influence and produce results.

Requirements / Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in technology partnerships, sales, account management or similar with demonstration of career progression.

  • BA/BS Required. MBA/MS preferred.

  • Sales mentality with proven history of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem, SaaS technologies, and platform integrations.  Technical background is a plus.

Director of Sales Development

In this role you will:

We are now hiring a PostgresSQL/SQL Database Developer to join our Systems team and help us scale our infrastructure as we collect and analyse more and more data from the Web.

You will be responsible for the way the Brandwatch Applications store their metadata in Postgres (currently over 50TB across 30 shards), identifying any performance or scalability issues with the current designs and working closely with the developer teams to spread best practice and, where necessary, implement new functionality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and cultivating the Database schema, taking ownership of it’s overall development and establishing best practice for its implementation
  • Design and Development of SQL and PL/pgsql code with the developer teams

  • Peer review of the SQL code across the development team with a major focus on performance and scalability

What you need:

You will be part of the team that deploys new versions of the Brandwatch App, monitors the App’s stability and performance, and who develop the tools and processes for these responsibilities. This includes being part of the operations support rota.
