Qui doit prendre la main sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandwatch.com\/fr\/2016\/11\/changement-et-transformation-digitale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">transformation digitale <\/a>de l\u2019entreprise ? Si chacun joue un r\u00f4le central, la majorit\u00e9 s\u2019accorde \u00e0 dire que c\u2019est une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs,<a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg.com\/fr\/fr\/home\/media\/press-releases\/2016\/07\/portrait-de-dsi-role-strategique.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> une \u00e9tude The Creative CIO, KPMG et Harvey Nash<\/a> montre que pr\u00e8s de 20 % des DSI travaillent d\u00e9j\u00e0 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le CDO.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00eame \u00e9tude illustre \u00e9galement la mutation qu\u2019est en train de subir le DSI qui passe d\u2019un r\u00f4le \u00ab d\u2019ex\u00e9cutif \u00bb \u00e0 un r\u00f4le r\u00e9ellement strat\u00e9gique. Pour preuve, 57 % des DSI si\u00e8gent d\u00e9sormais au sein du comit\u00e9 de direction de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg.com\/fr\/fr\/home\/media\/press-releases\/2016\/07\/portrait-de-dsi-role-strategique.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-63933 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandwatch.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Ecolution-DSI-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"382\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e8re o\u00f9 les syst\u00e8mes informatiques et les technologies se multiplient et se diversifient de mani\u00e8re exponentielle dans tous les d\u00e9partements de l\u2019entreprise, du marketing au RH, le DSI se place comme un partenaire de choix au c\u0153ur des diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le DSI \u00e9merge comme un r\u00f4le central qui doit faciliter la transformation digitale de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est du DSI et du\u00a0CMO, la prolif\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es disponibles a forc\u00e9 ces deux mondes \u00e0 se rapprocher. On attend d\u00e9sormais du CMO comme du DSI de transformer les investissements data en croissance tangible.<\/p>\n<p>Le DSI est de plus en plus appel\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information d\u2019un \u00ab centre de co\u00fbt \u00bb \u00e0 un facilitateur g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de revenus. C\u2019est comme cela que le CMO doit envisager leur rapprochement.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La data doit \u00eatre vue comme un atout de l\u2019entreprise plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un atout d\u00e9partemental comme c\u2019est souvent le cas.
