Forrester Research has named Brandwatch a Leader in both “The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Social Listening Platforms, Q1 2016” report as well as in the Asia Pacific Wave – one of only two companies to be ranked as a Leader in both reports.
In this 30-criteria evaluation of enterprise social listening platform providers, Forrester identified the 12 most significant and researched, analyzed, and scored them.
