Due to our rapid expansion we are now hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer in our Berlin office. You will actively support the IT requirements of our commercial and technical staff in the Berlin and Stuttgart offices, and work in concert with the North America and UK Service Desk Engineering teams.

Day-to-day this will include setting up new Mac OS laptops and Ubuntu Linux workstations and resolving issues with the local network and services (mail, print, phone), as well as working on new infrastructure components with the global IT Infrastructure team. You will have the chance to learn more about the whole IT infrastructure and to develop into a more senior role as we grow the service desk.

As we continue our fast expansion, we are now hiring Arabic speakers from the Gulf States (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia) to analyse and categorise the sentiment of comments made about our respective clients. This job description summarises the main duties of the job. It neither prescribes nor restricts the exact tasks that may be assigned whilst in the role.

Major duties:

- Review mentions to determine sentiment and assign categories where required.

- Constructing search queries to track brands (full training will be provided)

- Translation at a basic-medium level.

- Other adhoc tasks.

Typically the work will be done from home and the hours are flexible. The candidate will be required to come into the office for 4 hours of initial training on the system and from time to time to attend meetings regarding work

Skills Range:

- Must possess native or near native proficiency in Arabic.
