Your duties will include:

The Role:

You will work closely with the product, project management, and marketing teams to develop clear, concise, end-user content for our various product offerings.

This will include researching, writing, publishing and maintaining; release notes for maintenance releases, user guides, video content, product updates and other documentation.

We are hiring a Junior Analyst to join our Insights team in the German market, and help us to produce high quality social insights reports for our DACH clients in both English and German.
