What is happening to Crimson Hexagon and Brandwatch products now?
We will be taking no immediate action on the products offered by either Brandwatch or Crimson Hexagon. The platform integration effort will make new functionality available over time to current customers of either company; and as a merged entity with greater scale, we will be able to accelerate R&D and thus bring new functionality to the market more rapidly.
How will the products eventually be integrated?
Our long-term plan is to begin developing a solution that combines the best of both our products, plus innovative new functionality, on a single platform.
What is the timeline for these changes?
We will be able to announce a more detailed roadmap in the coming months. We don’t expect to move any customers to a new platform for at least the next 12 months.
How will existing Brandwatch & Crimson Hexagon customers be affected by the merger?
All customers will continue to receive the products and services they are paying for and will be managed by the same teams. We recognize that platform reliability is critical for our customers, so plenty of notice will be given about any changes in the future. As we ultimately consider migration strategies, we will be committed to giving customers access to the best of both Brandwatch and Crimson Hexagon, plus innovative new functionality.
Who should prospective clients talk to about purchasing either Brandwatch or Crimson Hexagon?
Sales of both products will continue to be managed by their respective teams. In order to get the best information, it is best to talk to two separate reps, as they are the experts on their platforms. While customers who purchase either solution will eventually have access to a new unified offering, for the time being, we recommend selecting the solution that best suits your current needs.
