How has consumer behavior changed in 2022, and what does this mean for brands?
Welcome to the new Brandwatch.com.
Some of you might be visiting the site for the first time, while some might be very familiar with it and noticing some changes.
Today marks a huge milestone for the company – a big step forward in sharing our new offering as a combined business (which now includes all of the legacy products from Falcon.io). Today also marks the sunsetting of the Falcon.io brand.
I’d like to share what’s new, how we got here, and why we’re excited for the future.
Brandwatch now offers two solution groups: Consumer Intelligence and Social Media Management.
Within Consumer Intelligence you’ll find Consumer Research as well as Vizia and Reviews, which are popular add-ons.
Within Social Media Management you’ll find the whole legacy Falcon range of products: Publish, Engage, Measure, Benchmark, Advertise, Listen, and Audience. You’ll also find Influence, our new end-to-end influencer marketing product.
Most importantly for customers, Brandwatch.com is where you can log in to our two solutions.
Those accustomed to using the Falcon.io suite will still be able to log in from app.falcon.io. Alternatively, go to the ‘Login’ button in the top right of Brandwatch.com and click on the ‘Social Media Management’ option. Just use the same login credentials you usually would.
You’ll also be able to find beloved resources like blogs and handbooks that previously lived on Falcon.io right here on Brandwatch.com – just click on ‘Resources’ in the navigation bar.
When it was announced last summer that Falcon.io and Brandwatch were merging we knew the challenge ahead of us – to create a social suite truly beloved by its users – was both sizable and exciting.
Our collective eagerness to rise to this challenge was the first sign that Falcon and Brandwatch were a clear and obvious match. Our combined standards and aspirations are nothing short of being the best at what we do, and delivering the best product offering to our clients. With their feedback and wishes in mind we’ve created the social suite for the future. And now these best-in-industry products and solutions sit side-by-side on the Brandwatch site.
There is certainly much more to come, but these milestones don’t happen lightly. The hard work of many has curated and combined nearly 30 years of expertise from both businesses onto one website to seamlessly flow and feel as if Brandwatch and Falcon have been together from the very start.
Millions have visited Brandwatch.com to learn more about social intelligence, and our hope is that millions more will come here to learn about best practice in social media management and influencer marketing. The website will also act as a springboard from which our once separate customer bases can connect, grow, and thrive together.
Our journey continues. Product integration and innovation is a pivotal part of this entire process. It’s ongoing – there is no finish line.
We’re excited each day to redefine what it means to be the best social suite on the market. And we’re also excited to anticipate the challenges of tomorrow for our customers and support them along their individual and unique journeys.
