Today is an exciting day at Brandwatch HQ, as we just released a brand-new version of our Vizia platform.
Vizia, as we like to say, is a data visualization platform designed to bring social and marketing insights to life. In other words, it’s the best way of showcasing and distributing your insights, in a way that’s engaging, impactful and valuable.
The new platform takes the hassle out of content creation, organization and distribution in an intuitive way. Vizia brings the various aspects of your marketing world together in one central hub and allows you to use this unity to drive marketing efforts.
Prove the importance of your work by giving people a window into your world in an insightful and memorable way.
Just like you, our customers’ experience is at the heart of what we do.
You need data and tools to work for you, not the other way around. We have completely re-architectured the Vizia platform to ensure that you have the best experience possible.
Your time is precious and we know that. The world is increasingly data-driven, which is good news for us, but means that you have to make sense of this sea of data. We want Vizia to be medium to achieve this, and we want to make it easy for you.
By spending less time in our platform, you’ll have more time to implement the insights you’ve carefully uncovered.
You need to be ready to act when a crisis hits – real-time data ensures nothing goes unnoticed.
From breaking news to industry trends, it pays to know. Make the first move with Vizia.
Identify opportunities in the moment to drive your marketing strategy. Bring different data sources together, identify opportunities and react.
You shouldn’t have to worry about naming conventions that a developer at some point thought were a good idea. We’ve made things simple by making our world like yours.
When you want to present insights, what do you do?
Create a deck, add some slides and put it in present mode. Pretty much the same process, except now we’re talking about thousands of brand mentions or customer insights brought to life beautifully with visualizations designed for easy comprehension and quick insight, and sending them a global network.
Bring all of your integral marketing data together in one place.
You marketing tech stack is overflowing. A tool for this, a tool for that, multiple tabs, endless clicking.
If only there were a solution!
We want Vizia to be the hub for your marketing data. Bring all of your marketing tools into one easy to understand interface. Visualize them side by side and begin to understand the relationships between them. Start to identify trends and make better and more informed decisions.
Align your team around the voice of the customer – bring together different aspects of the customer journey to maintain a view of the big picture.
Drive your customer experience strategy – distributing insights has never been easier.
Introducing four new integrations:Google Slides
While this may seem like a pretty straightforward integration, it is more like a trojan horse. You can now visualize any of your Google slide decks in Vizia by simply pasting in the URL.
This means that you can easily broadcast your quarterly results, with more context that ever before. Make sure the entire company understands what’s ahead by showcasing the product roadmap. Or bring people together (hopefully) by publicizing the company party photos.
This marks the third Google Suite integration – Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Google Slides – with more to come.
The importance of social media is undeniable and the sheer magnitude of information and data that is generated and shared every day is dizzying. Brands that don’t manage their social presence are putting themselves in a precarious position.
“We are excited to offer our customers the integration between Falcon.io and Vizia. With a data visualization platform such as Vizia, social marketers can showcase their insights to the entire company and empower the C-suite executives with social intelligence in order to make better-informed business decisions.”
– Aika Zikibayeva, Product Marketing Manager – Falcon.io
Our integration with Falcon.io allows brands to have a comprehensive overview of their owned Facebook and Instagram channel performance.
Over 1200 metrics, offering a considerable depth of insight. What’s more is that Falcon.io and Vizia customers will be able to monitor the performance of their campaign labels.
By pairing this deep insight with data Google Analytics or Salesforce, gives a honest overview of the state of play of your marketing.StoryStream
We live in a world that’s drowning in content. Content marketing is essentially a currency, and while creating impactful and engaging content is important for any brand, so is managing it.
This is where StoryStream excels. As an AI-powered content marketing platform, it allows you to take the content that matter (brand and user-generated) and put it in front of key audiences.
This additional brand perspective gives a more objective overview of your performance and the actions that need to be taken.
“The context of social and marketing data is the key to unlocking true understanding, whether that is understanding customers changing wants and needs in real time, mastering new trends ahead of the curve or digesting where a brand sits in the minds of their target audience.
This is why we’ve partnered with Brandwatch and integrated parts of StoryStream’s Content Marketing Platform™ into Vizia. Brands using Vizia will now be able to use the StoryStream features to visualise and display authentic customer and brand content, turning graphs and numbers into an informative, interesting and human narrative.”
– Cameron Franks, COO, StoryStream
One of our goals for Vizia is to create a hub for marketing intelligence, allowing people to roll-up their key data and make more informed, data-driven decisions.
But we realise marketing is not just online, so in order to get a comprehensive overview you need all the pieces of the puzzle. This is one of the reasons we’re really excited about IQ Media as the new integration brings a world of owned and paid TV data into Vizia. Brands will be able to track their coverage across all territories in the US, look at the positive and negative nature and understand the true media value.
“The partnership between iQ Media and Brandwatch brings together two best-in-class platforms to provide marketers with access to the most comprehensive listening across social and linear TV,” said Kevin Kohn, CEO of iQ Media. “Now that our joint customers have the ability to view iQ’s real-time TV feed natively within the Vizia platform, we’re arming them with a common lens to better understand the convergence of TV, digital and social.”
– Kevin Kohn, CEO, IQ Media.
Send your insights anywhere, at any time.
Your hard work shouldn’t go unnoticed, especially when it can help align others in your organization. Customer-driven strategies are here to stay. Companies all over the world are investing in strategies that put the customer first but to do this you need to ensure that everyone in your org is aligned around the same objective.
