Conversocial + Brandwatch

This offers the ability to engage with them via the most comprehensive social customer care service workflow on the market, thereby minimizing service times and maximizing response satisfaction.

Integration Details

The primary function is to pull in non-social mention results into the Conversocial dashboard so that agents can assist customers, no matter where those customers are online. Brandwatch query results will be a channel option similar to other social networks. All the mentions will appear in the agent’s inbox with the social content Conversocial receives, direct from the networks. Agents will not be able to respond to these non-social mentions, but they will be able to follow links to the direct source.
