We’re looking for Brandwatch users to help fuel our innovation

If you’ve been using Brandwatch products for a while, we’re sure you’ve had a number of ideas about how they could be improved.

If this is you, you’re invited to make your voice heard by joining our Beta Testing Group.

What is the Brandwatch Beta Testing Group?

The Beta Testing Group is a select group of Brandwatch customers that help to shape the future of Brandwatch products.

Our user experience research team creates world class products that are built in the most user-friendly and intuitive way. To do this even better, we’re inviting customers to join in on the journey.

How can I get involved?

As a participant of the Beta Testing Group, you’ll be asked to:

  • Participate in interviews with the Brandwatch user experience research team
  • Provide feedback in usability tests for new products and features
  • Take part in workshops, diary studies, and other research exercises
  • Trial and gain access to new products before any other Brandwatch customers
