We’re offering beta access to a small group of customers who’ll help shape the future of our Salesforce Integration.
The first version of our Salesforce Service Cloud Integration enables you to improve collaboration and visibility between your social media and support teams for an effective and efficient customer service. You’ll be able to:
Create a new support case in Salesforce Service Cloud from a direct message conversation in Engage
See if a social contact is already a Salesforce contact or create a new Salesforce contact from within Engage
See your social contact’s existing cases next to the Engage conversation to learn more about that person’s history with your brand
We will be inviting customers to the beta in multiple rounds, and here is how it will work.
Sign up period: You fill out the sign up form and provide the necessary technical screening information.
Selection period: We will assess if you are eligible for the beta. If you are eligible, we will reach out to you with an invitation to test our beta and if you are not eligible, we will reach out to you for an interview to understand how we can help you.
Testing period: You are granted access to the platform where you can try out the beta solution and provide us your feedback.
You can sign up for the beta if you have Brandwatch’s Social Media Management package in your plan.
The beta will be available free as part of your current Social Media Management package.
After you sign up we will screen you and, if you are eligible, we will reach out to you with an email to join the beta. If you are not eligible, we will invite you for an interview to help us understand how we can help you.
We are working towards having the beta available starting from late January to mid-March 2023, but these dates might change due to internal processes.
After you are selected for the beta you will receive a survey to provide your feedback during your testing period. We will process your feedback upon the completion of the beta and, if we want to follow up further with your feedback, we will reach out to you for a dedicated interview.
You can opt out of the beta by contacting your Customer Success Manager or emailing us at [email protected]. When requesting to opt out, provide us the email address that you use to log in to the platform, and we will remove the beta feature within 24 working hours.

We have designed the integration to work as simply as possible, so it is a plug-and-play solution. Your admin users will be able to set up the integration easily with your Salesforce login information.
We are planning to continue investing in the integration after the release of our beta and even to modify the solution during the beta testing phase based on your feedback. We expect that there will be additional capabilities added in the coming quarters.
