The 15-second image and video Stories also help build genuine and quite personal relationships with your followers, giving behind-the-scenes access to your business. Stories also allows for more interactivity with the ‘Polls’ and ‘Ask Me’ options.
It’s always good to get to know your audience when preparing a story, from the other things they respond to to the times of day they are most responsive.
