Along with hosting a whole string of successful BBC radio shows, Dr. Hannah Fry is an Associate Professor in the Mathematics of Cities at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at UCL where she studies patterns in human behaviour. Her no doubt fascinating talk is entitled ‘How to be human in the age of the machine’
Customer obsession has emerged as the way to get the competitive edge, but building a structure that scales is where many fall down. Forrester’s James McCormick will be discussing how the companies of the future will embrace digital intelligence.
Fresh from wowing audiences at Brandwatch’s Now You Know Chicago event earlier this year, the unbelievably cool Marcus Collins will be on stage in London. His talk will explore the unwritten rules around cultural consumption. If you’re lucky, you can ask him about his time managing Beyoncé’s digital strategy, as well as his role as Chief Consumer Connections Officer at Doner Advertising.
