It’s been three months since we first announced Brandwatch would be joining Cision. Today we're closing the deal.
The big announcement is that we’re combining Brandwatch and Falcon.io. This will create a 1,000 person business with a mission to innovate.
There are three key things:
We’ll continue our focus on digital consumer intelligence (DCI) and during the course of 2021 will be building connections within our fantastic network of smart customers and experts.
In the coming weeks we’re launching both our Brandwatch Community, and the new Digital Consumer Intelligence Assessment – an online survey which helps organizations figure out where they are in the journey to using information about consumers to make smart decisions.
My thanks to everyone who’s been involved in getting the deal closed. Today is day one of the new chapter, but our customers and partners can expect the same level of hard work, innovation, care, and commitment – now, with a bit more of everything.
