Bigger, Better Brandwatch: An Update on the Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon Merger

It’s been an exciting month for Brandwatch customers.
They have got their hands on enhanced APAC data, the most complete access to Twitter data and a huge increase in Instagram data,. If that wasn’t enough, many joined us for two days in Denver for our third Now You Know conference.
Quite a lot for one month.
But, indeed, there’s more.
Before jumping in and talking about the update, I want to take the time to explain why we’re carrying out all this work.
If you had to pick one benefit from social listening, it would be the ability to add structure and meaning to the billions of conversations happening online every day, to answer important questions.

Although Brandwatch has always been able to answer these questions, the strength of the answers is always influenced by the volume and quality of the conversations you collect.
That’s why we’ve spent the last six months making considerable improvements to our data (or simply put, conversation) coverage.
Today, we’re happy to announce a huge boost in Brandwatch’s European coverage.
This includes new sources from blog sites, news sites, message boards, and forums. The coverage improvements aren’t just for western Europe, we’ve covered all 38 countries from the region.
We’re also getting additional data for French, Spanish, Portuguese and German globally, which will give a boost in any countries that speak those languages too.
This boost to European data is available to all Brandwatch customers at no extra cost.
